Sun City is a medium-sized town located in the state of Arizona. With a population of 39,931 people and 11 associated neighborhoods, Sun City is the 27th largest community in Arizona.Sun City is neither predominantly blue-collar nor white-collar, instead having a mixed workforce of both blue-collar and white-collar jobs.
